Challenge

SELBEUM design team was commissioned to develop a design concept for a luxury penthouse in a contemporary building beautifully positioned on a coastline.

Located in the exclusive yachting community of Cap d’Antibes, the penthouse feature the finest bespoke design, elegant open-plan interior and exceptional alfresco living. Set within stunning landscaped gardens surrounding an outdoor swimming pool, residents enjoy world-class private spa and leisure amenities, round-the-clock concierge and 24-hour security.

Result

One of the most stunning features of the property are the fabulous and far-reaching views across the sea. The main goal we achieved was to open up the house to the outdoors and to allow the living space to be in unison with the spectacular landscape.
